Like so many others in our community, we were impacted by Hurricane Harvey. I don’t know how we would have gotten through the chaos, frustration and endless unknowns without Rupert and his Team. We started with London Custom Homes (LCH) in a wet and filthy house and end in a home better than ever!

In comparison to others, we immediately could sense Rupert’s confidence in dealing with our rebuild, and having the knowledge to get the job done right. He spent time with us, as much as we needed, and we never felt pressured or rushed with our (hundreds of) questions. Rupert always had time for us. Always.

Our road to recovery was seamless under Rupert’s command. His ability to manage a project is superb. You see a lot of him on the day to day. He is extremely hands on and is a man of his word. The quality of work is top notch, and his attention to detail is second to none.

I’m about as type-A as they come, but in a very short time, under one of the most stressful experiences in my life, I found myself able to relax. In all aspects, Rupert’s work, business practices and customer service, are impeccable.
